2023 - Sydney City Skywatchers Outreach

Each year Sydney City Skywatcher members volunteer in support of Sydney Observatory events and Centennial Park. This is an opportunity to use our telescopes and to share with others the joy and science of astronomy.

We are affiliated with the Powerhouse Museum, which includes Sydney Observatory.

Participation in these events is approved by the Committee and members who participate in these events must hold an approved Working With Children Check.
